The location was excellent, offering a fairly nice view of the lake which added to the overall charm of our experience. the air-conditioned rooms were not only cozy and comforting but also very clean and newly renovated. One of the standout features of our stay was the generous tea and soap packets in the room, a thoughtful touch that added to the overall comfort. the breakfast, although very good, could have been improved with better coffee options. However, the continental and Italian breakfast choices were bountiful and satisfying. The staff at Hotel Beretta, especially Mr Mateo, were knowledgeable and accommodating, making our interactions truly enjoyable. Hotel Beretta offers a great value for those looking to explore Lake Como without breaking the bank. With its convenient location, accessible from the train station and close to boat services, it provides a perfect base for exploring the beautiful surroundings. In conclusion, Hotel Beretta is a hidden gem in Varenna, offering comfortable accommodations and attentive service at a reasonable price point. It's a perfect choice for travelers who seek a cozy and welcoming atmosphere in one of the most picturesque areas in Italy.
